In this workshop, worksite leaders will review the fundamental skills for successfully engaging colleagues into taking collective action: listening skills, the steps for an organizing conversation and overcoming objections or tough questions. Designed for new and veteran leaders, this workshop will be leader-focused, with lots of discussion and role playing to practice and apply these skills.
