Ever notice that the person that is “too busy” for union work has time for lots of activities outside of school? As humans we are motivated by self-interest, in other words, we make time for things that are important to us. In this workshop, you will learn how to identify members’ self-interests and motivate them into action with the goal of creating high participation sites in your local.
