Students with disabilities deserve exposure to work related activities. This session will focus on how to use a strength based model that focuses on the principle that all students have unique talents and abilities. Participants will leave this session better prepared to assist transition aged youth with gaining employable skills. In addition, we will share our experience with writing and receiving a grant from the Institute For Teaching and how this helped expand our programming.
