In this session, we will help attendees define and understand anger and its relationship to trauma. We will also discuss bias and how this can prevent the development of authentic empathy. Finally, we will discuss the benefits of empathy by sharing scenarios and some empathy statements. The end goal of this session is to develop classrooms that teach perspective while nurturing empathy.
