Reaching ALL Students: Teaching Students with Disabilities in the General Education Classroom
This presentation will start with an overview of common disabilities that students in general education classrooms may have. There will be discussion on the implications of these disabilities with students' learning, and a variety of accommodations that can be provided to help them be successful in your classroom. Finally, teachers will learn 7 key elements to consider when differentiating for the students in their classroom. All participants will leave with a graphic organizer they can use to when planning upcoming lessons.
