In this presentation, you will learn how to leverage the union's voice in the creation of comprehensive employee wellness programming. Participants will learn ways in which to create labor-management partnerships, needs assessments, access resources, and develop collaboration with community health partners in the creation of a sustainable & comprehensive employee wellness program that includes mental health and wellbeing.
