In this workshop participants will learn how to use negotiations to engage all members and generate more leverage to win the schools that students and educators deserve. We’ll review the phases of a campaign and identify specific ways to involve members and the community at each step in the bargaining process. We will discuss how bargaining is an opportunity to activate more unit members, connect with parents and community leaders, improve working and learning conditions, and continue to build momentum now and in the future. *This workshop is part of the new pilot CTA Bargaining Campaigns Training series.
