Bargaining Special Education Issues
Regardless of your experience with bargaining or your expertise with Special Education, this session will focus on how we engage our membership in uncovering the work load issues stemming from Special Ed (including impacts on regular education members), design bargaining campaigns that all members can support, and creating language that benefits all the educators working with students with special needs. A heavy emphasis will be on setting bargaining goals and the details that will lead to the successful achievement of those goals.
