Participants will leave this workshop with a curriculum framework to integrate transition topics into their yearly schedule. Models discussed: a class dedicated to transition, 1x monthly workshops, 1x weekly activity, distance learning classroom. Participants will also leave with a “sample pack” of benchmark curriculum activities that are ready to go and use in distance learning or in-person instruction.
